Denim is one of the few garment groups where Türkiye controls the whole chain on home soil: mills weave the cloth, cut-and-sew plants build the garment, and industrial laundries finish it, often within the same province. For a buyer, that vertical setup shortens development loops — a wash correction travels across town instead of across an ocean.

Denim: common sourcing questions
- Where do the factories source denim fabric?
- Most buy from large Turkish weavers, several of which also supply global jeans brands. If you need a specific mill article, name it in the RFQ and the factory will price against it.
- What does wash development cost before bulk?
- Expect a modest laundry fee per wash recipe, commonly credited back once the bulk order lands. Two or three recipe rounds are normal before sign-off.
- Is the minimum counted per style or per wash?
- Usually per style, with a smaller sub-minimum for each wash inside it. A 200-piece jean order can often be divided into two washes of 100 pieces each.
