How It Works

Sourcing through the platform follows one straight line: find credible factories, narrow the field, describe your order once, compare the offers that come back, then sample before you commit. Here is each step in detail, plus what manufacturers do on their side.

1. Step 1 of 5

   Browse verified factories

   Start in the supplier directory, where every profile surfaces what matters for a shortlist decision: the city the factory operates from, its product focus, stated minimums and whether our verification badge has been granted. That badge means we checked the Turkish trade registration, saw evidence of export shipments and reached a named contact at the production site. Filter by category or city, then note your two or three strongest candidates.

2. Step 2 of 5

   Shortlist products

   Move from factories to their catalogues. Each listing carries the details a buyer needs before any conversation begins: fabric composition and weight, the FOB price band and the minimum per style. Compare saved styles side by side — a difference in gsm or minimums often explains what first looks like a price gap. If a listing is close to your idea but not exact, keep it; most Turkish factories modify existing styles readily.

3. Step 3 of 5

   Send an RFQ — free

   Describe your order once in a request for quotation: garment type, target quantity, sizes, fabric preferences and your deadline. Attach a tech pack or reference photos if you have them, because quotes come back faster and tighter when a factory can see exactly what you mean. Sending an RFQ costs nothing and creates no obligation — direct it at a specific factory or let the platform route it to matching manufacturers.

4. Step 4 of 5

   Receive factory quotes

   Interested manufacturers reply to you directly with unit prices, minimums and lead times — no agent in the middle, no markup layered on top. The platform never takes a commission, so the figure you read is the factory's own offer. Weigh the replies on landed cost rather than unit price alone, ask follow-ups in the same thread, and drop slow responders early; responsiveness now predicts responsiveness in production.

5. Step 5 of 5

   Sample, then order

   Before committing to bulk, order a sample from your preferred factory and judge sewing quality, measurements and fabric hand with your own eyes. Once it passes, confirm the order against a proforma invoice with agreed payment terms — typically a deposit by bank transfer and the balance against shipment. Bulk production in Türkiye commonly takes four to eight weeks, and road freight reaches most of Europe within a week after that.
