What this platform is
Turkish Clothing Suppliers is an introduction service. We publish manufacturer profiles and pass requests for quotation between buyers and factories. Any purchase order, sample agreement or shipment that follows is a contract strictly between the buyer and the manufacturer — we are not a party to it, we do not process the payment for it and we charge no commission on it.
Supplier plans and billing
Listing a factory is free. Paid membership plans, described on the pricing page, are activated manually after you contact our sales team; there is no self-serve card checkout yet. Plans renew in 30-day cycles, unused lead credits do not carry over, and a plan can be cancelled for the next cycle by emailing sales before the renewal date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to post listings for goods you cannot actually produce, misrepresent your identity or company, upload content you have no right to use, scrape the directory for resale, or use RFQ forms to send spam. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and profiles found to contain false claims lose their listing without refund.
Verification disclaimer
The Verified badge means our team has checked specific documents — trade registration, export evidence and a direct factory contact — at a point in time. It is a document check, not a guarantee of product quality, delivery performance or financial standing. Always follow your own due diligence: order samples, agree terms in writing and consider inspection before shipment.
Liability and governing law
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — for buyers, that amount is zero. We are not liable for losses caused by a transaction between a buyer and a supplier. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
